Follow Up Consultation

Our Follow Up Consultation is your safety net after lice treatment-the quiet reassurance that the job is truly finished. We know that even once the bugs are gone, many parents still check heads obsessively and lose sleep wondering, "What if it comes back?" This visit is designed to take that weight off your shoulders.

During your follow up, we carefully re-examine the scalp and hair under bright lighting, using our professional combs and trained eyes to look for any remaining nits or new activity. We review what you've seen at home, answer every question you've collected since the first visit, and walk you through what is normal regrowth and flaking versus what should raise concern.

The consultation itself is free when it's part of our treatment pathway. The only additional cost is the travel fee, which covers our time and transportation coming back out to you rather than asking you to drive anywhere. If your home is beyond our standard radius, a small additional mileage charge may apply, which we always explain up front so there are no surprises.

While we're there, we can also fine-tune your prevention plan: how often to do quick checks, which household items actually matter to clean, and when to use any lice-repellent products you've chosen. If we do find anything new-uncommon, but possible-we address it immediately so you're not starting from scratch or wondering what to do next.

This visit gives you something over-the-counter kits never can: a professional set of eyes confirming that you can relax, put the comb away most days, and trust that your family's lice episode is truly in the past.
